RESUMEN
Geografía de la recepción de la obra y pensamiento de Tolstói, presentando su mapa en Europa, Asia y EEUU. Se intercalan referencias a la recepción entre juristas. Especial detenimiento en la figura del estadounidense Ernest Howard Crosby y su aportación a la difusión del tolstoismo, así como acerca de su crítica y reformismo social. Recuperación y análisis, en la línea de Derecho y Literatura, de uno de los textos de Crosby (Shakespeare’s attitude toward the working classes, 1903).
